International Driving Permit

International driving permits are issued from various zonal offices. The validity of this permit is for one year. The applicants are required to get the licence from the country visiting within one year period.

DOCUMENTS:- An application for an International Driving Permit (IDP) shall made in Form-4A and shall be accompanied by-

  1. Application for issue of I.D.P. , Form- 4A 
  2. Copy  of valid driving license 
  3. Valid medical certificate in Form – 1A 
  4. Valid proof of passport 
  5. Valid proof of visa, wherever applicable 
  6. Four copies of recent passport size photograph 
  7. Prescribed fee 

FEE FOR INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT (IDP):-The Appropriate Fee has specified in Rule 32 of CMVR, 1989 is-
