CONDUCTOR'S LICENCE  

LICENSING AUTHORITY.-An application of the grant of Conductor’ Licence shall be made in Form-L.Con.A and shall be accompanied by a medical certificate in Form-M.C. Con., valid adult first aid certificate from St. John Ambulance Association (India) and fee as prescribed.

Upon receipt of an application of conductor’s licence, the licensing authority after making such enquiries as may reasonable by necessary to establish the identity of the applicant and after scrutinizing that the applicant is not disqualified for holding a conductor’s licence, may issue the license in form L. Con.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:-

  1. Application for issue of conductor’s license, Form–L.CON.A. 
  2. Medical Certificate in Form – M.C.CON. 
  3. Valid adult First-aid certificate from St. John Ambulance Association (India) 
  4. Self-Attested copy of proof of residence 
  5. Self-Attested copy of proof of age 
  6. Self-Attested copy of 10th class pass certificate 
  7. Antecedents verification by the Police 
  8. Conductor Training Certificate from institution duly authorized by the transport department. 
  9. Prescribed fee
  10. Two clear copies of recent photograph.

RENEWAL OF CONDUCTOR’S LICENCE

Application for renewal of conductor’s licence shall be made in Form-L. Con. A to the licensing authority which is issued the license or if the holder has changed the residence, otherwise than by way of temporary absence from his usual place of residence to the licensing authority of the area in which he is residing. The application shall be accompanied by the conductor’s licence, valid Adult First Aid certificate issue by St. John Ambulance Association (India) and the fee.

Upon receipt of an application for the renewal of a conductor’s licence the licensing authority may after making such enquiries as it may deem necessary renew the licence.

When the authority renewing the licence is not the authority which issued the licence, it shall intimate the fact of renewal to the authority which issued the licence.

  1. Application for issue of conductor’s license, Form–L.CON.A. 
  2. Medical Certificate in Form – M.C.CON. 
  3. Valid adult First-aid certificate from St. John Ambulance Association (India)
  4. Original Conductor’s License held 
  5. Conductor Training Certificate from institution duly authorized by the transport department. 
  6. Prescribed fee 

FEE CHARGES:- Rs. 200/- 

ISSUE OF DUPLICATE CONDUCTOR’S LICENCE

If at any time a conductor’s licence is lost or destroyed or become illegible or the photograph attached thereto ceases in the opinion of the authority by which the licence was granted to be reasonable likeness of the holder, the authority shall proceed in the manner as if the conductor’s licence was a driving licence. 

The fee for the issue of a duplicate conductor’s licence shall be two hundred rupeesand the application for the duplicate licence shall be made on Form, L. Com.A.
